We maintain both ISO9001 and AS9100 certification from the prestigious Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and have maintained uninterrupted ISO certification since 2001 and AS9100 certification since 2003. Our quality assurance system extends to our supplier management team as well, ensuring subcontractor/supplier compliance to relevant requirements. We monitor configuration management, obsolescence, timeliness of deliveries and quality defects in our constant effort to assess and manage the risk within our supply chain. Quality metrics are collected and maintained as a normal course of business. This allows us to identify and monitor trends associated with our products and services.
